South Pacific is a member of the Australian Glass and Window Association and as such conforms to an Industry Code of Conduct designed to protect consumers. South Pacific is inspected by independent third party NATA accredited auditors to validate the Windows and Doors products examined have been manufactured to the relevant Australian Standards and the legislation requirements of the National Construction Code of Australia to ensure products, services and systems are safe, reliable and fit for purpose.
HIA is the official body of Australia’s home building industry and supports member, helps the residential housing industry speak with a united voice, and promote industry standards.
South Pacific products have been tested and have customised windows and door energy ratings. The Window Energy Rating Scheme provides a scientifically based, fair and creditable rating system for the assessment window and door products for their efficiency performance.
Our products have been tested by accredited NATA testing laboratory. NATA is the authority that provides independent assurance of technical competence through a proven network of best practice industry experts for customers who require confidence in the delivery of their products and services.
